At Creed Fragrance UK, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. To maintain hygiene standards, fragrances must be returned with the cellophane seal intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the original product and all promotional materials into a secure shipping box, ensuring the fragrance bottle is protected from movement during transit.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the return, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
